An abhyasi is one who aspires for the highest. This is the simple definition given by our Master. It helps us to understand the meaning of abhyasi. In other words, an abhyasi under Sahaj Marg, aims at realizing the Ultimate Reality (Master). One takes up the sadhana and continues to follow its precepts.
